Excellent home made Food! Great store with many gifts to purchase while you wait. Nice hostess to great you. Never a long wait.
Always one of my favorite places to shop and eat! They were understaffed the day we went. But it was still a pleasure! Got my salad with my meal...but the atmosphere was wonderful
Their food is good but the service and wait time is ridiculous. I was a server so I know you get busy and I have an understanding for that. The fact that they understaff their dining room and expect their patrons to wait is what bothers me. Also this is not the first time we've had to wait long periods of time because they don't have the staff. My kids love going there so we keep trying however after waiting 20 minutes tonight and being completely ignored, even after going up and asking for our server, we just left. I hope they can hire some more staff and turn things around. If you're hungry, go elsewhere.
This is a very delicious restaurant with various comfort foods. They environment is just like eating at grandmas house and I amazing for holidays. The table service is a little wonky especially when it is busy because they don't put your order in right away, they wait and get everybody's orders, and then you don't get your food for a very long time and because of this, the waits for tables can get long. The shop is very homey, and you can play games like checkers and "try me" toys. It's a nice place to wait while you are waiting for a table. I personally like to look at all like baby clothes they have for sale, and all of the decorations that you can buy!
It was my first time going to your guy's restaurant. The food was delicious. I love it. The works where very nice.
