This was my first time shopping for an engagement ring and with that came a lot of expected anxiety. My husband purchased a ring for me from one of their locations several years ago, and just recently, a portion of the ring broke off. I never did find the partial piece and I assumed without it, they would never be able to fix it properly. I called the Germantown store and they asked me to bring it by. Understandably, the ring had to be sent out to a repairman for his insight. After about 6 weeks, I was able to pick up the ring. I am very impressed with their work!! They even reinforced two areas on the ring to (hopefully) keep this from happening again. It looks just as beautiful as it did when my husband first gave it to me. We will certainly be a returning customer.
