If I could give this place a 0 I would! This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. First appointment for the consult I went to was nice, the hygienist was very friendly. The male dentist was very nice. Then when I went back for the cleaning, the woman dentist treated me like I was stupid. I had to go back twice that day one time for the cleaning and the next for the fillings. When I arrived for the fillings the dentist kept telling me that I shouldn't have been scheduled because she had no time to do the fillings. She was very rude about it and made me feel horrible. I offered to come back but she said she would just do it. I was there the entire afternoon and she kept leaving to go see other appointments. The lidocane would wear off by the time she came back and she would have to poke me again. I made a total of two payments that day. Both of which I WAY overpaid them. The only reason I found out I overpaid is because my dental insurance sent me a copy of what I should pay them. let me tell you how much of a pain it was to try to get my refund. Then they kept sending me another bill for another ridiculous amount of money. I had the fillings done in April and I just got my refund back in July. I had to call numerous times to both my insurance and to aspen because aspen would tell me something different then my insurance. When I would call aspen dental 9/10 times the person was rude to me. What a waste of my time and energy!!! That's not even the worst of it either. Now I had to have the cavities refilled because they fell out! Keep in mind I had this done in April. There should be no reason that they should have to be refilled in that short amount of time. When I went back for an appt to show them the fillings fell out the woman dentist was very rude to me and made me feel very unwelcome. I'm very worried about having the fillings redone by her because I don't want them to fall out again and I don't want to be treated like garbage again. It is very painful and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. After this I will never be returning to Aspen dental. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and I'm grateful for Aspen Dental for getting me in ASAP to help out when my normal dentist was not able. However, I was told by Aspen that I had 6 cavities, SIX...after I just had a cleaning at the normal place I go to not more then a month ago, and was instructed to get them worked on immediately. I made an appointment at my normal dentist after being told this and all three dentists that work there examined my mouth and could not find one, not ONE cavity. Like I said, I'm grateful for their help but beware of them telling you that you need unnecessary dental work. Always get a second opinion!

If I could I would give this place 0 stars but due to the hygienist I had I'll give this place a 1. Dr. Anne Heinrich was definitely the rudest women I have ever had the displeasure to meet. My teeth have been keeping me up at night they hurt so bad. I couldn't get in to see my reglaur dentist so I came here. BIG MISTAKE!! That women couldn't wait to get me out of her chair, made me feel extremly dumb for not waiting till I could get in to see my reglaur dentist. Here I was hoping and praying they could help answer questions and relieve this awful pain I have. Instead I'm leaving with no answers and feeling stupid as F#$%. Cheers to over 100 down the drain and waiting 5 more days to get real answers. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.

Michelle was great at Dental cleaning. Gave new ideas for Dental health. Very gentle yet thorough.

Dr. Heinrich is always a pleasure to work with. She is upfront and to the point about processes and procedures. The entire staff is welcoming every visit and accommodating to last minute scheduling needs.
